  “I used to take my Range Rover and my Mercedes to Lincoln Car Wash. I always opted for the more expensive hand washes. I don't expect the windows to be perfectly clean and I do expect a few water spots. What I did not expect was for them to damage the rim on my 2008 Mercedes and deny it! When they pulled the car around, it was obvious that the car had been washed. All the rims were clean with the exception of the front, passenger rim. Its tire had a scuff in the rubber, a black impact mark on the rim, and a deep scratch. It was obvious they impacted something pulling the clean car around after it was washed. As a matter of course, the owner said that they didn't do it and if I couldn't prove it to him they weren't going to do anything about it. Horrible customer service and not a good way to run a business. I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone now!”
