“Went to your location today and used the pet wash. I put a $20 bill in machine expecting change and it went to something like 32 minutes. I went and told the guy working and he said sorry I cannot give change for that. We bathed our dog and used around 16 minutes. the guy said the water would be warm and it was also ice cold. Very dissappointed that he would not assist in anyway. I believe we should at least be given half of our money back since we used half of the minutes and water should be changed to warm for pet bathing especially colder weather. Look forward to response.” -

Dreyer and Reinbold BMW
Dreyer and Reinbold Service
“They diagnosed my car, claimed it needed an oil separator. Said an $1800 repair would fix it. Drove my car after the repair home and back to work next morning. Leaving work, the car began to shake violently at 30mph. Took car back, they had car for almost 5 days, and diagnosed a blown engine, claiming it would now cost an additional $9441 to get my BMW running. I got a second opinion on the motor, and extremely happy I did. The mechanic I went to owned 2 older BMW's and though he wasn't a certified BMW mechanic fixed the motor. However, his cost, $150 vs. $9441 !!!! He informed me after BMW installed the oil separator, they reassembled the motor incorrectly, then, tried to stick it to me. I followed back up with my BMW rep that assured me that wasn't the case, and they stuck by their diagnosis, and that the mechanic I had fix it didn't know what he was talking about. I've been waiting for some time to write a review to give Dreyer and Reinbold a chance to correct the wrong or even be right about my motor, but 20,000 miles later, Dreyer and Reinbold BMW has proven to be an overpriced, unconcerned, and incompetent cheater when it comes to service. I love my BMW, a great car, but it is a travesty Dreyer and Reinbold is BMW's only rep in the area.”
