“I went to this wash as a regualar customer. One day I went through this wash and they didn't get bugs off of my windhield on a very lightly soiled car. I asked them to run it through again and they refused to do anything about it. In this situation every other car wash I have ever been through has always made me satisfied. When I called to complain the manager who said he was the owner's son hung up on me. I will never go back. There are less expensive washes in Vancouver that do a better job!” -
