Horrible day
“I give a minus 25 for customer service at the Nnorthland Ave location in Appleton. The managers need to go to the school of customer service! I was treated like crap there. I took my car there to be washed, because I've always been happier with their service and cleanliness, not this time!!! On top of the fact that there are scratches on my car that WERENT there before, it was dirty!!! Like really dirty. I took pictures right there of scratches and dirt. Wow what a change, I might as well have gone to clear wash for the way it looks, they do a better job that this was. The scratch is right at eye level on the drivers side. They said they watched the camera and they didn't do it. It's in such an obvious place that I would have noticed it right away. I went home and showed my hubby and we went back, the managers were less than kind, they lack customer care. So we than took pictures right there at your car wash. I then went straight over to bergstroms to ask about fixing it. They said no doubt that they were fresh scratches. I got an estimate done too. I'm very disappointed in the service and the way I was treated. I asked for my money back as the car was still dirty and was told they would give the wash money back but not the wax/shine money back. Not kidding it was so dirty you could see the parts of the window the wipers missed, there was dirt on the passenger windows. I watched, nobody did anything to that part of the car. There were still spots on the inside of the driver door as well as garbage in the door pouches yet. My phone is 920-740-9224” -

Car Wash Without Water?
“We had our car washed this weekend, only to find out that the water system for the underbody flush and final rinse wasn't working! We had to pull into another stall of theirs to wash all the soap off of the car. When trying to call them to discuss a possible credit there is no anwser/answering machine, so I guess we're out $10+ dollars.” -
