  “I went to this car wash because I happened to be driving by and needed one. They had a sign saying 'Other Car Wash Coupons Accepted at $7.99'. I complained when they charged me $8.99 saying this is 'their coupon price.' I pointed out the sign outside and they said 'It doesn't say that' and then they took down the sign.
  
  It was cold that day so we were waiting inside. The guy didn't come inside and let me know my car was ready. When I went outside, it had been sitting there who knows how long, then they remembered that I asked for tire dressing and did it while I was standing there in the cold.
  
  Indeed an above-average car wash, but poor and dishonest customer treatment.”
