  “I took my vehicle to get it washed and when they were done, I noticed that the sensor piece on the bumper was missing. The guys that washed the car went in the back where the car had been washed and came back with the missing piece, tried to put it back on and it just fell off. They told me I would need to go talk to the person working the cashier. To make a long story short, I went in and explained what happened and she just shrugged her shoulders and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. No apology; nothing!! I am appalled that they would run their business like this.”
