  “I dropped my 2008 Dodge Ram off at noon. I was leery because RP had previously worked for another company that I had used before for detailing. I had stopped using the other company because almost every time I got my vehicle back there was something missing from it. But I figured I would give RP the benefit of the doubt.
  
  When I received the vehicle back the carpets were extremely damp (it took 4 days before my windows stopped frosting up on the inside). The day after I got the vehicle back I noticed that my collapsible trash container was missing. I called RP and he said yeah I noticed after you left that I forgot to put it back. He said he would drop it off at my work that day, or the next at the latest. Here we are 5 days later, he has yet to show or call.
  
  I should have trusted my instincts. They won't get my business again.”
