  “I have been coming there for several years and just this past two weeks ago when I came in for a car wash on a Saturday, I had awful customer service. First, one of the machines was broken, so the line was slow, then they didn't wipe my rims off. When asking the manager for assistance, he told me I had to pay for the armor all package that would include wiping the tires as well. I did not pay for that, nor want it. Just my rims to be wiped clean. He said they did not do that and I had it previously done many times. He was argumentative and rude and said I was trying to steal the ARMOR ALL package. He then escorted me out. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!”
