  “We had our car washed this weekend, only to find out that the water system for the underbody flush and final rinse wasn't working! We had to pull into another stall of theirs to wash all the soap off of the car. When trying to call them to discuss a possible credit there is no anwser/answering machine, so I guess we're out $10+ dollars.”
